To setup Top Header Options for this theme, please go to Appearance->Customize->Theme Options->Accessibility Options:
Disable Focus Outline: This option allows you to show/hide focus outline. If you do not need your website’s focus outline then you can check this option. But we recommend not to disable this option because focus outline will help your differently able website visitor to navigate your website properly
