Setup homepage on Agency Ecommerce is quite easy. Please follow following steps to setup homepage.
Create a page from your admin section and set page template as Home Page Template and save it.
and go to Appearance->Customizer->Homepage Setting and click on A static page and set previously created the page as a static page like this and save it.
Then, please go to Appearance->Widgets and drag widgets into sidebars so that your content will appear on the homepage. For Example Feature Slider Widget into the Slider Widget Area, like this :
