To setup Top Header Options for this theme, please go to Appearance->Customize->Theme Options->Search Text Options:
Search Product Text: This option allows you to change the search product text. This option will change the placeholder text for product search text on top/mid header.
Select Category Text: This option allows you to change the placeholder text for select category on product search.
